Victoria Nalugwa

With more than 25 years of experience in the benevolent sector, including 10 years working with international relief and development organizations in Uganda, Kenya, Sudan, Rwanda, the USA and UK, and 15 years in Canada, Victoria is a sought-after specialist with unparalleled know-how in the world of non profit regulation, charitable compliance, philanthropy and strategic advice. As the co-founder of Cadence, she deeply enjoys working with each of her clients to turn their philanthropy dreams into reality, with the acknowledgement that no act of benevolence is too small.

Born in Uganda, Victoria considers herself a global citizen, having travelled to over 20 countries (and still counting). Victoria holds a BA from Makerere University, Uganda and MSc.from the University of London, U.K. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out in the gym, listening to sermons, discussing politics and catching up with friends. If you ask her what causes she cares the most about, she’ll say church planting/missions, education and social justice.
